Store Policy


Returns

Some items may have an item specific return policy specified on the item details page. For all other items, the policy is as follows: Non-Customized items may be returned at your expense for exchange or refund. Customizable items may not be returned. Antiques (items over 100 years old) may not be returned. Items made of Platinum over $100 may not be returned.

You are responsible for your return until it is received by our staff. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ship your item back via insured, trackable delivery.

Cancellations

For non-gold, non-platinum, non-sterling silver and non-special-order items they may be cancelled any time up until they are shipped. For gold, platinum, sterling silver and special order items they may only be cancelled within the first 14 calendar days of placing the order OR if the maximum stated time for delivery has been exceeded.

Refunds / Returns

Some items may have an item specific refund policy specified on the item details page. For all other items, the policy is as follows: Non-Customized, Non-Precious Metal items may be returned for a refund of that items purchase price. Non-Customized precious metal items may be returned for a refund of the items purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Customized items may not be returned. Antiques (items over 100 years old) may not be returned. Items made of Platinum over $100 may not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we feel our policies are being abused.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please order the item you want first and then return the item you purchased for a refund. If you have questions about the process, please email us.

Resale

Items purchased for resale may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. As purchases made for resale are final.
